What is the IDG Mental Health and Wellness Program?
Are you feeling stressed by what’s happening in your life? You don’t have to go through this alone.
The IDG Mental Health and Wellness program can help. Our social workers provide confidential counseling and support accessing services like SNAP, etc. We can help you come up with new ways of reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and overcoming other challenges life throws in your path.
Features:
- Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling for drivers and their families.
- Accessing free benefits and services e.g. SNAP, HRA, and financial assistance programs.
- Wellness Community Spaces – monthly gatherings for drivers to come together to share resources, learn new skills, and support each other.
- Wellness Advocate Program – Advocates are drivers who support other drivers in meeting their wellness goals.
