*Monthly Benefit Amount is 70% of your pre-disability net driving income up to $1,500 per month, subject to $1,000 per month minimum monthly benefit for covered drivers, to be paid after a 30-day elimination period, for up to 1 year due to Disability caused by a non-work accident.
